Info & Process

Please through all these info before commissioning me!

Important info:

• I live in a smoke-free and pet-free household.
• I'm an amateur in doing face-ups. I will try my best to fulfill your request but please do not expect a 100% perfect result. Please commission me if you like my style.
• Generally, I'm more used to paint boys because I have no girls in my crew but it doesn't mean that I refuse painting girls! I'd be happy to paint them.
• I absolutely will not copy other company/artist's face-up style. Feel free to tell stories about/detailed description of your doll's character to me as this would help me get the picture of how your doll would look like. I also encourage you to spam me reference images, if you'd like, and I will do it in my own style.
• I don't do any sanding, piercing, modifications, carving etc. Only face-ups and body blushing for now.
• If you're not satisfied with the preview, I can make minor changes like adding more eyeshadow, more blush, darker lower lashes etc. Do take note that I can wipe off the whole face-up and do it all over again for only once.

• Mr. Super Clear Flat only
• Rembrandt, Zoukeimura and Mungyo pastels
• Faber-Castell & Derwent watercolour pencils
• Daler Rowney acrylics
• Tamiya X-22 Clear Gloss
• Mr. Color Thinner / Non-acetone Nail Polish remover for face-up removal.
• Crobidoll Silver Pearl powder

Turn around time:

It all depends on the amount of people before you and the weather condition. It will take roughly over 1-2 month(s) for me to finish and send your doll head(s) back from the time I receive it. If there's any delay, I will notify you but please try to be understanding as sometimes things do happen and this can't be helped. So patience is appreciated!

**I may limit the slots or refuse commissions when my schedule is tight.

I will be posting my works on Flickr and this blog. If you do not want me to post the photos, do let me know!
You can also provide eyes and wig in the package for the preview shots.

Process

• PM me for slots.
• I will add you to the list and notify you. When that happens, you don't have to fill up the form immediately. (I will ask you to print it out and include them in the package when you send it to me. If you can't, please leave a note with your name/email/doll sculpt in the package and send me your form via PM/Email.)
• Then I will send you my address and you can ship your doll head(s) to me. (Arrival notification via twitter)
• Once I'm half-way done (before coating and glossing), I will provide you with some shots of the head. That's where you confirm or ask for changes. Another photo set is sent if changes are made. 
• After that, I will finish up the face-up, provide you photos and shipping choices.
• Ship the head back after you've paid for the shipping fee.
• The head arrives at your place and we'll exchange feedback. Done!
